I never did figure out why the builder of the 2000 / 2001 model run thought these cars needed shiny roofs and underframes. Though easily "fixed" with a little weathering, they sure were hard to take pictures of. So you can count on the 2006 model run to NOT have shiny roofs and underframes.

Notice also that the #309 in this photo has markers on it ? For the 2006 model run, here's the drill:

All Chili Line Coaches will have LIGHTED MARKERS.
( #309 here is NOT a Chili Line Coach. )

All Other Coaches except #320 will have NO MARKERS.

All Coaches in this production run will have LIGHTED INTERIORS.

All '30's Era Coaches in this production run will have Green Seats.

All '30's Era Coaches in this production run will have NO Rooftop Conduit.

All '40's Era Coaches in this production run will have Maroon Seats.

All '40's Era Coaches in this production run will have Rooftop Conduit.
